The series II's with a build date of Oct97 and later with the 185kw engine would be more desirable I'd think. At least they get the GT40P heads, explorer inlet, decent extractors, etc, over the old 165-170kw HO engine. I'm not sure whether the cop cars predating the series II had that gear already. Do your research so you know what you're looking at - and to know if they're trying to feed you some BS as well. I'm not an authority - just my 2c worth.
