Ok so now people flying drones are not only perverts they are also thrives. Cool story, but your perception of the world around you and what other people may or may not do is not really relevant to the law though.
So what about the person walking part your house and looking over the fence? (also perfectly legal) is he looking to steal your stuff or is he simply admiring your rose garden? Should I be concerned about people driving past my house when they turn their head to look at my place.
