You just explained every base model ute no matter where it's built.
Especially work ones, they seam to get thrashed more than the private higher spec utes.

I have never thought of any ute I have driven as having poor visibility. Having a tray back actually makes rear visibility better compared to a regular wagon 4x4.
You seam like you are biased and had made up your mind before you have sat in the drivers seat.
