Yeah, its more of a case not what it costs to fix but what it costs to replace, its cheaper to spend $3600 to keep it on the road again for a while compared to spending $15K-$20K out of savings to replace it with something decent second hand

If it does something like a serious mechanical failure like a gearbox or uncle rodney pops out to say hello then she'll be going for a viking funeral I reckon.
