The torque reductions will not help any trans if big power is used, most torque reductions work off an AD count torque release-per-1000rpm and is only really effective in low power cars at low rpm.

after about 3000 rpm there are little if any torque tags applying in most ecu's, they come into play again towards rpm limit, and/if/or of clutch is sidestepped in a manual.
