I just went back to this item and yes in fine print right at the bottom it does say about not coming with terminals, but come on guys who reads instructions or warnings, it's just not australian.
I've learnt my lesson!
Thanks to those guys that listened and was sympathetic.
That other person who bagged me really needs to get a better set of wheels, what crap.
