stock BA brakes will fit under 16's, calipers are about $90 a set from a wrecker or ebay, any cheap 298mm rotor will work ok, another $90 a set there and pads like bendix HD another $90 a set
not sure there would be a huge difference between 287 and 298mm rotors though
