This is dead right..2012 titanium, shutters, indecisive, at slow speed particularly..happened in the first day off driving it..fobbed off by Ford as it got worse in approach to 20,000 ks. They tell you it just needs to learn..truth is they need to learn..traded under 12 months old and brought a Lancer ralliart..gearbox works and it goes..twin clutch that is better sorted despite being older design..with paddles etc..serious denials at every service by Ford dealers..and because of this treatment i did not upgrade to a Kuga !! Their loss..and half the reason for the company demise in my opinion..so disappointed..
