Those are engineering part numbers.

3R23-18045-DB cross reference to BA 18045 K which are front shocks to suit BA/F GT/GTP or XR from 1/7/2002 to 13/7/2007 and F6 or Force version from 1/10/2004 to 13/7/2007.

3R23-18080-GA cross references to BA 18080 G which are rear shocks to suit BA/F F6 from 1/10/2004 on, Force Version from 19/9/2006 on and XR GT/GTP from 1/7/2002 on.

The only reference I could find to an Orange dot on a spring is for Front SPRING - COIL, BLUE / ORANGE (4 DOOR SEDAN, XT/FAIRMONT, 5.4 V8 SOHC EFI 24V, WITH STANDARD SUSPENSION) and part number BAF2 5310 F for vehicles built from 5/9/2007 till end BF. There is no colour coding listed for the rear springs.

I think they are worth something since they belong to an FPV. Someone wanting original parts would pay something for them.
