Fortunately, I have just collected my freight this week!

I had a chat with the depot holding the freight, they said Newell’s are very slow in paying them. But it will eventually come.

The depot they use are Marine & Auto Depot or Dazmac. Try getting in contact with them and they should be able to tell you if it’s sitting in the warehouse or not!

Obviously, the Newell’s are using customs as an excuse for such big delays. I can tell you that probably all your freight is sitting at the warehouse waiting for the Newell’s to pay the bill.

In the end, I believe you will get your containers, it will just be a matter of time.
