When I first looked at those photos, I had to do a double take as I thought I was looking at my car! I've attached mine here. These are ones I took before it went to the panel beater. Since it's been back, I can't seem to tell if it's any different, so either they couldn't or didn't do much with it. It's as if the tailgate isn't meant to actually line up. At least my doors are much better now....
