one saw cut is all. Also i forgot to mention, the outer diameter needs about 1mm machined off to fit in the d bracket. I did mine with the bench grinder.
You do need to take the bracket off to bend 2 of the d bracket tabs back.
Easy job and comes up great. Put the saw cut upwards to the bracket so as the bar is resting on the complete section of the bush.
