I would also send Alan Howatt https://www.youtube.com/user/alan4x6677 an email message asking if he knows the likely cause and/or fix. Alan will sometimes answer subscribers/viewers question and he may know the cause and/or the fix.

Edit: I note that I missed page 2 of this thread and it was all resolved. I will leave this here though for the next person that has an issue.
