Has ANYONE removed and replaced a VCT Solenoid and the O-Ring?
I can't find anyone, anywhere that can describe it using words and pictures.
A lot of people talking about it, but noone with any knowledge.
It is a VERY common problem with the Ford AU's.
So common that it is hard to find a 2nd-hand Solenoid.
Someone KNOWS the procedure for removal and refit of the O-Ring and the Solenoid.
Be the first guy in 10years to add the information to a forum.

Why don't you call Bruce and write down what he said in this forum??
