I just told them it wasn't getting cold and they fixed it. Several other forum members have reported similar problems. Probaby undergassed to save a few Euros at the factory. If you don't ask......................
Also the rear bumper is rubbing on the underside of the hatch trim. They sent it to a bodyshop for quote, invoice states "Warranty sent for quote will ring to arrange time for repair" so don't expect a bill for this either.
I had a few problems soon after delivery with the "non starting" issue and gave the dealer and Ford CRC a pretty hard time. Maybe they wanted to keep me sweet.
