Default Re: MD Diesel Shudder during Acceleration

< All was "adjusted" to correct Spec,>

There is no correct spec, just a nominal setting and quite a large range of tolerance.

< all that changed was, that it now starts to shudder at around 90km/h>

Getting warmer then?

Which way was it adjusted if at all?

Computer wheel alignments are not done with the front wheels pulling 1500kg.

Increasing toe in from a 'correct setting' fixed my problem with uneven tyre wear. I just gave it a quarter turn each side a few years ago and all has been well since, no wheel alignments. Yours might be the other way round though.

From the Ford manual.

Shudder vibration during acceleration:

Excessively high CV joint operating angles caused by incorrect ride height.
Excessively worn or damaged inboard front wheel driveshaft joint or outboard front wheel driveshaft joint.
