Looking to change lights on instrument cluster

I was looking at changing the colour of the lights on the instrument cluster.
I've found a place that sell the right bulbs, but none of them are coloured and I can't seem to find a place that sells covers for the bulbs to change the colour. I'm also not having much luck with the LED's.
I was wondering if anyone else has done it and what did you use and where did you get it from?
My car is a 2000 Ford Laser KQ LXI R.
