Did you ever solve your problem with the indicators not flashing?
Mine stopped working after 19 years of working for no good reason about a year ago.
I have changed the relay, no luck.
My Central Locking still works fine it's just the lights no longer flash
when locking or unlocking the car.
I want to check the connections on the Central Locking ECU but I don't know where to find it so again I hope maybe you can help me out with that as well. |
Post 7 indicates flashers worked when
bem was swapped don’t know the results however?
Bem is above h/brake area and controls flashers when remote is used as well as central locking and many other functions try wriggling connections
You may find removing
bem and carefully resoldering pins on circuit board fixes problem or you may need to replace
bem
Prior to 6/99 smart lock system and only requires ignition on 30 to 60 minutes to program after this it is smart shield and requires scan tool to program 2 keys etc.
