LR I hear what you say about sound quality.
I do have some concerns in that area but as I getting even more tone deaf in my old age, not such at issue ;)
Main thing for me is the GPS - I want a built in GPS so I don't have to take it down. Yes I have an iphone but not impressed with the GPS quality.
The dvd, ipod integration etc is all a nice to have.
If I don't get what I want from this device, I may go down a third party route.
Or put the original back in (cant wait until I have to get the stereo codes from Ford on that one) and just live with it.
Who knows.
Btw: at this stage, I have been given a "we won't tell Mr Rudd" price to install the headunit and rear view camera for $150. Versus trying to find 2 plus hours to do it myself the week before my wedding.
So I may very well be just paying the installer (who's work I have seen and it is good quality) to do the job, and use those two hours to get other stuff done.
