I agree, when I replaced our SZ diesel with an SZII diesel last Feb there were mostly petrols still available and the sales split always favoured tdi's. I'm thinking however where Ford don't have to "protect" any local manufacturing now they should bring in these hipo versions of Endura etc..but of course the Fed. government has to play ball and get rid of our adr's or align them with Europe and reduce the cost of compliance of different versions of the same model,as we have discussed earlier.
