No real advantage to the 4.4. It’s not significant less costly to produce than a 6.7. No real fuel economy advantage. Maybe a tiny bit. That’s why FCA rejected the 5.0L V8 Cummins that went to Nissan. I suppose if you were going to sell the F150 in a particular market without offering the F250, then the 4.4 could make sense.
