For what ever reason more and more people dont want to join a club or more alarmingly don't want to stay a member of a club, yet more and more Cars are coming out of sheds and barns that havent been seen in 20 years, maybe its time to change the rules.... If clubs are looking for new membership maybe an open Nationals event would be a great place to promote yourself?
I do believe that started at the 2005 Ballarat Nationals. Members of the Public could Enter if they joined a Participating Club at the Natioanls. I think the Falcon GT Club of Australia picked up a few Members from tehre.
