So we either have to get it strecht or use the other one out of the donor car which is really good condition, not sure what to do. Also we have be working on the air conditioner to go into it. The car didn't have it from factory but we have a genuine select air unit to put in it.

A sedan front chassis rail should be the same as Coupe. Better donor a sedan than a Coupe. I'm sure some old school wreckers will have sedans in their yards suitable for chopping up. If not, Superoo Falcon Spares in Armadale WA do and would freight section you require to you.
