I doubt it would have been repaired under insurance, therefore not being a write off. You can see some rebuild pics showing a new rear 1/4 and RHF chassis rails and rad support.
Can't see any reason for it not being unregesterable. Keep in mind that its not under general rego and normal rules don't apply.
