It's about consequences, and it will be interesting to see if the driver gets a harsher penalty than that female, drunk socialite who knowingly got behind the wheel absolutely s#itfaced, but was fortunate enough not to hurt/kill/maim anyone. To blow 0.181 AFTER (a)a prang, (b) adrenaline and (c) Police have been involved, the pre-prang figure must have been closer to 0.25? Link here:
