Looking closely at the pics, it doesn't appear to have actually broken the paint, so it's only affected the clear coat, also there appears to be some bleed through from a previous repair so I'd estimate (from the images) it should be totally removable.
If you want to bring it over any time, either PM me or give me a quick call & it might cost you a burger or 2.
