And here's a crazy build from Kombi Club forum, a guy is mid-mounting a Rover V8 and hooking it up to an AWD system... same guy is also building a Rover V8 trike with Alfa Romeo transaxle and Watts link rear end

This had a 327 5speed in it but that got stripped for a tractor project

The 253 / traumatic came from a country car and has been in my shed for a few years so it got donated
