Truth is if they take you on the journey of...we will reset it, or it needs time to learn..lol...you'll simply delay the need to FIX the problem..sadly Ford won't concern themselves with your inconvenience, just their outlay..it will need pressure sooner or later..document everything including their comments..good luck..
