This is the issue we all talk about..they know it's a problem..just deny, tell you some rubbish and hope you don't return..which i won't!!! Happy to leave my focus at the Mitsubishi dealer as trade in on the new lancer..haven't had an issue! Love my other fords but these boxes are so intelligent they defy Ford..lol..
