As we drive more and more boxy imported nondescript vehicles as the years pass ..let us lucky buggers that got the chance to experience and enjoy the mighty Ford Falcon across 56 years in about 23 model runs recall some great cars we called our own .
Ironically Holden claim "Australia's Own" car but in reality after 1971-72 by far the Aussie bred Falcon was more so Australia's own . Probably why so many of us will enjoy our old dinosaurs for many moons yet until they finally disappear in the memory banks . Be a while yet though I suggest .
