thats crazy, since not your fault you shoulda got a hire car and sent them the bill.
what ****ed me off heaps is last crash where someone hit me I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE NOR DID I HAVE ANY MONEY.
so i was told to 'pay for a hire car and THEN WE WILL CONSIDER IF IT IS SUITABLE AND DECIDE TO PAY OR NOT'
got comprehensive on my cars nowadays but wow getting in car accidents and insurance stuff sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wouldn't buy a merc mate, had one where part of the electronics in the transmission failed and it was up for a full rebuild. the fix was to stop the car and restart it. less than 40,000KMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay away from mercs and BMW's.
