The centrefold seat was a bench seat with individual back rests and a centre armrest which folded up and became a back rest for the centre passenger. Falcons fitted with this option also had a column gear shift and extra centre lap belt. very popular in utes and vans.

That would be right Olbucko regarding centre fold seats,but the Fairlane seat pctured isn't a centre fold it, is an arm rest which either folds down to form an armrest or folds up to make an infill for the seat back,but not a 3rd seat
