I get to see many new residential building plans every day from different builders as part of my job as a
HVAC Engineer.
Most of the urban living dwellings such as small townhouses usually don't include a bath. Only in the larger 3 bedroom units.
The larger house and land type packages designed for first home buyers with young families all include a bath.
Its "horses for courses" as the saying goes.
