Also the grades (H3-H4 etc) and dimensions of the posts, rails and palings. So you are comparing apples with apples, some companies cheap out with 100x75 posts and smaller rails and the skinnier palings warp quicker.
If $90 pm is going bananas, it is very cheap in OZ to get fences built. Admittedly we have steep hills to deal with in Wellington but I sub out fencing if the client doesn't want to pay $200 a metre.
