Suggestion - Stolen vehicles section

Hey guys,
Saw on an overseas car forum, they had a Stolen Vehicles section, with sub sections for each state. This allowed seperate threads for each vehicle (and responses) but also allowed users to see what to keep a look out for in their state...
Anyway, it seemed better then a single Stolen thread...
