If you have a 185kw Fairmont auto, then it already should be close to or just slightly over 200rwhp. Which means you're happy with what you have.
Some advice if you willing to take on. If your 5.0 is running perfectly fine, save your money!! If you're trying to get the best out of the 5.0 Windsor in your AU Fairmont just to have a "faster car", SAVE YOUR MONEY. There's no point. Specially when modern 1.6 and 2.0 turbo cars can leave the 5.0 AU for dead off the lights. The AU 5.0 was never a rocket ship to begin with. It's nearing 20 years old now and well past it's "speed racer" days. Sadly, seems most AU 5.0 owners are not.
