My father taught me this one when I was a young lad and afraid.
Whenever you are afraid, maybe in a dark spooky place or tense situation...
Say these words in your mind or out loud as you walk in the valley of darkness.
Your fears will leave you, and change your state of mind.
False. Evidence . Appearing. Real.
For that is what FEAR stands for.
Often what you FEAR does not exist, it is all in your mind.
Say it now and you will be braver for it!
