Agree and there is a
TSB for this concern, but the 14M02 is a component extended warranty, not a field service action. Meaning unlike a campaign where you do the rework or replace the part, the part has to fault to be replaced, which in your case is justified, but you cannot replace in an instant where it is not at fault. As a ex warranty guy, you should know that.
What years were you doing that job?
