Out of interest, has anyone who has been impacted by this business been to their equivalent of Consumer Affairs in their state?
Whilst I appreciate that the business model may be such that direct action against them is difficult, I'd think any Consumer Affairs organisation would be able to provide expert advice on what action can be taken, and may even do so on your behalf?
This may lead to others considering using them to be warned off by a Government agency?
