As far as I'm concerned a house is a home. Everyone tells me do this and that but that is what I live by.
I don't think negative gearing should apply unless it is a new house that increases the stock but I don't hate those who take advantage and play the game. But on the flip side you have those who say it would sharply increase rents.
They are saying quite a few interest only loans are coming due and will switch over to P&I and boy that could be a shock to the system when it does.
