The big question under this new law is.... Who is going to book you?
I mean, if the police are not there with their radar gun in hand... And it is only an ambulance or fire truck by the side of the road.... Without proof of speed via radar gun, which ambos and fire fighters are not authorised to use, then it is their word against yours, and won't stand up in court!
