Ok well it's looking like the 25th of October is the prefered date at this point, I think by the end of this week we will cement the date, if anyone has any other suggestions then put them up now otherwise I will be changing the date this Sunday coming and that will be it. LOL we've tried to set it now for about 3 weeks I think, or has it been 4
, anyway I'm very keen and I know alot of you are also very keen to get this rolling.
We may do the lunch at the local, after speaking to another member who was there recently they have plenty of room so it shouldn't be a problem but I will let them ahead of time we will be coming so as to try to ensure enough seating. However I won't do this until maybe a week or two before as a few may drop away by that time or perhaps we may even pick a few more up along the way.
So check your calenders for the 25th of October and let's get this happening.
