The dealer was previously Hills Ford in Hornsby NSW, however they went bust and shut down (big surprise). However the service department remains as a part of the Hornsby automotive group.
I don't want to sound like imp bashing up on dealers, I've dealt with McGrath at Liverpool for years now, and they have been brilliant when working on our fleet vehicles.
But Hills Ford are abysmal.
