I believe the Raptor retains the stock +55 offset anyway. The track change all comes from the suspension changes.
For Wheel Track and As per section 4.2.9 and 4.2.11 of the Vehicle Standards Code Of Practice max wheel track change is 25mm for passenger and 50mm for off road and goods vehicle. So for Ranger that would be 50mm.

For wheel off set passenger car wheel cannot change by more than 12.5mm and no mention of wheel off set for off road vehicles so gather that's the same 12.5mm as passenger cars.
