yes thats what i was thinking myself , the beauty if it is that i can trim down the diameter of the top washer so that it will allow some sideways movement , and the bottom washer/spacer is cone shaped on the outside edge to follow the contour of the rubber , it's mainly been designed for the clamping effect top and bottom not to stop all sideways movement , this is only version one so thought i would give it a go . if any of the moderators want to put up the pics for me that would be great just pm me , cheers
