Yeh, that looks like the correct bracket. I think your left one is a bit bent from a nudge sometime in its past (you can see the grill is bent behind it too).
The little rubber wedges that help space out the bottom part of the bracket from the grill should have raised lettering on their thickest side saying "OUTSIDE" if they are genuine, and they still appear to have the plastic spacer and original coach bolts on the top part.
