The Twin Cam Escort had a boot spoiler very similar to the Mk 2 RS2000, but these are like hens teeth. I'm sure you could graft on a later spoiler, how it would look is another matter.
I have an Alfa spoiler what doesn't look bad. It was fitted to a panel van, but I've seen them on a Mk 1 sedan before.
