Noticed the Top Gear facebook post claiming it's faster than a 911 GT2 RS... of course they conveniently forgot to mention it was the 2010 model
Maybe they should change the title to "650hp ZL1 ILE only 3 seconds slower than a 911 GT3 around the 'Ring"
Regardless, 7:16 is an impressive time for a Camaro with 305/325 section tyres and a big wing.
And good to see they used the manual version.. I suspect they realised the 10-speed auto is actually slower due to all the extra gear shifts.
Eagerly awaiting the new GT500... rumours are it will have over 750hp !
