Our admin people were supposed to request a estimate of the numbers for each club, however they didn't, which has caused us a little grief with the layout. Based on your thread here, I've penciled you in for 30, is that enough?

www.allfordday.org.au probably 1 week after the pre registration cut off.
Please note that only pre-registered cars can park in the reserved club area, however we have decided to make some exceptions to this by prior arragement. ( we would have to put the stickers for your club area at the payment tent)
We anticipate some delays at the payment tent so I would urge you to pre register if you can. I see you have an early meeting time which is excellent!
