No sorry they dont, I have never seen one of those covers in any vehicle I have removed one of the mirrors from, I managed to get one once from an old Ford Explorer, but even then it was a type of different mirror and I modified it to fit my Falcon.
If you had to purchase one it might be worth doing a group buy for something like this or another one similar.
